Do you have a question about who we are and what we do?  

When will my order be processed and shipped?

We currently roast weekly at piccolos.coffee. When you place an order online at piccolos.coffee, we will pack and send from the freshest batch available and within two business days. Each bag will be clearly marked with a 'roasted on' date. 

When will my coffee arrive?
We aim to ship your coffee within 48 hours. When it will get to you depends on the service you choose. 

Why do you sell in 200g bags?

We identified 200g bags as the best size to fit through your letterbox.

If your order is 2 x 200g or less it is sent in letterbox friendly packaging and should be posted through your front door.

N.B. Not all letterboxes are created equal and we have found in some cases our box will not fit through small letterboxes or those with a cage on the inside of the door.

Refunds

If you have received an item that is damaged, defective or has been received in error please email sales@piccolos.coffee with details of the problem and whether you would like a refund or replacement. We retain proof of postage for all items sent and cannot be held responsible for items sent to addresses provided in error. Please ensure all details are accurate at the time of ordering. In line with distance selling regulations we only refund the cost of returning the items if received in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. Please ensure you keep proof of postage. A refund will be initiated on receipt of your returned items if required.
